Job summary

Geely Europe is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support the Benelux automotive operations across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. You will help manage vehicle pre-registration, distribute documents, analyze sales data and assist in optimizing sales processes.

Ideal candidates excel in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and have strong data-analysis skills, with English and Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive or Benelux market is a strong plus.
• Must-have: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Nice-to-have: Power BI, Tableau, Python (Pandas) or Jupyter Notebook.
• Languages: Excellent communication in English and Mandarin; Dutch a plus.
• Soft skills: teamwork, collaboration, enthusiasm and outgoing attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sales Data & Reporting: assist in data management, regular reporting, and dashboards.
• Sales & Dealer Support: provide daily operational support including order data entry and dealer database maintenance.
