Job summary

Enemix is expanding in the Netherlands and seeks a translator/solutions communicator to join a small local team. You’ll translate technical and sales materials from English into Dutch and present solutions to partners and installers.

You will support the sales process for commercial and industrial solar and storage projects, adapt materials for local use, and keep HQ aligned with local activity. Fluency in Dutch and English plus an engineering background are required.

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer in the PV and energy storage space, with a strong track record in commercial and industrial solar and storage solutions. Built by a team with deep roots in the solar inverter and digital power industry, the business has spent over a decade developing distributed PV and storage technology and has established itself as a trusted partner across global markets.

They are now building out their presence in the Netherlands, with a small, newly formed local team of three focused on bringing their C&I solar and storage solutions to the Dutch market. This is a rare opportunity to join right at the start of that build out.

Why they're hiring

As the Dutch operation grows, the business needs someone who can bridge the gap between headquarters and the local market. Much of the day to day technical and sales material is produced centrally, and this role exists to make sure it lands properly with Dutch partners and clients, both in language and in substance.

The opportunity

You'll sit at the centre of a small, newly formed team of three with a relaxed and collaborative culture. You'll work closely with the Solutions Manager and Country Manager, translating technical and commercial materials, presenting solutions directly to partners, and acting as the main point of contact between the Dutch market and the wider international team.

• Act as the link between headquarters and the Dutch market, translating technical and sales materials from English into Dutch
• Present technical solutions and product capabilities confidently to installers, partners, and prospective clients
• Support the sales process across commercial and industrial solar and storage projects
• Prepare and adapt sales and technical materials for local use
• Communicate regularly and clearly with headquarters to keep local activity aligned with the wider business

What we're looking for

• Fluent in both Dutch and English
• Some form of engineering background, any discipline considered
• Around 1-2 years of relevant experience, though strong recent graduates are also welcome
• A fast learner who is comfortable getting to grips with technical subject matter and presenting it clearly
• No specific battery or EMS experience required, though it's a plus if you have it

What's on offer

• Base salary of EUR 4,000 - 5,000 per month, plus 8%
• Year end bonus in the region of one to two months
