Job summary

HYXi is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow our solar and energy storage business in the Netherlands. You will promote our PV, inverter and residential storage solutions, build a local network of customers and channel partners, and manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has several years of sales experience in solar or energy storage and an established Dutch network, with strong negotiation and relationship skills and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Several years of sales or business development experience in the solar PV, inverter or energy storage industry.
• Proven experience selling residential energy storage or other solar and storage solutions.
• An established network of distributors, installers, EPCs or other industry partners in the Netherlands.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch solar and energy storage market.
• Proven ability to independently develop customers and close sales opportunities.
• Strong commercial negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Dutch solar and energy storage market.
• Promote HYXi's PV, inverter, residential energy storage and related energy solutions.
• Identify and develop distributors, installers, EPCs and other channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer visits, solution presentations, commercial negotiations and contract signing.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Work closely with technical, product and marketing teams to provide suitable solutions for customers.
• Collect market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, pricing and industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and business updates.
• Represent HYXi at trade fairs, customer events and other industry activities in the Netherlands.
