Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Enablement Business Partner (EBP) to join the EMEA North Enablement team, based in The Netherlands and working from the Amsterdam office. The role focuses on specialist enablement, leader programs, and enablement analytics to empower regional sales teams with AI-driven insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive measurable outcomes through scalable enablement strategies with data-backed storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development or related field.
• Strong analytics and data skills with experience building dashboards.
• Experience coordinating cross-regional programs at scale.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and facilitate sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design enablement programs for EMEA North Specialist teams across regions.
• Develop and deliver leader enablement programs for EMEA North.
• Lead enablement analytics and reporting, building dashboards and communicating impact to senior leadership.
