Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to greet customers and embody the brand on the shop floor in Utrecht. You will provide high-level service, assist at the cash desk and fitting rooms, handle deliveries, and ensure merchandising of the latest garments.

While prior customer service experience helps, it is not mandatory. You will thrive in a team-focused environment, delivering proactive, genuine assistance to elevate the shopping experience.

You'llhave the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. From initiating conversations toassistingat the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor,you'llplay a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishingstockand merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

With warmth and enthusiasm,you'llguide our customers through their journey, offering genuineassistanceand proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team,you’llcreate moments that matter.

Whilepreviousexperience in customer service and familiarity withfabricsare nice to have,they'renot mandatory.

Additional Information

This is apart-timepositionwitha contract of 16 hours a week.
