ARKET in Amsterdam, part of H&M Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor to greet customers and embody the heart of the brand. You’ll deliver high-level service on the shop floor, assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and help with merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide high-level service on the shop floor.

From initiating conversations toassistingat the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor,you'llplay a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

Together, in collaboration with your team,you’llcreate moments that matter.

Whilepreviousexperience in customer service and familiarity withfabricsare nice to have,they'renot mandatory.

This is apart-timeposition with a contract of 21 hours a week.
