Job summary

COS, part of the H&M Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor in Amsterdam to greet customers and embody the heart of the brand. You will deliver high-level service on the shop floor, assist at the cash desk and fitting rooms, and help merchandise the latest garments.

Collaborative and enthusiastic, you’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment. Previous retail experience is nice but not mandatory; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is valued.

Job description

As the Sales Advisor, youare thefriendly face that greet our customers and embodythe heart of our brand.

You'llhave the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. From initiating conversations toassistingat the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor,you'llplay a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

Your roleisessential in creating welcoming experiences thatshowcasethe best ofour brand. With warmth and enthusiasm,you'llguide our customers through their journey, offering genuineassistanceand proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team,you’llcreate moments that matter.

Whilepreviousexperience in customer service and familiarity withfabricsare nice to have,they'renot mandatory.

This is a part-time position of 31h a week.
