• End-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with stakeholder management.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS like Recruitee.
• Hands-on, organized and proactive working style.
• Available to start an interim assignment and make an impact quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape clear, realistic hiring plans.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals and networks.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the selection process.
• Keep recruitment data accurate and inform stakeholders.
• Help improve recruitment workflows and candidate communication.
