Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an international company.
• Strong track record in creative sourcing and delivering high-quality hires.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and commercial acumen, with a collaborative mindset.
• Available to work 32–36 hours per week and based within commuting distance of Leiden.
• A positive, proactive attitude – and fun to work with!

• Build strong partnerships with managers to drive recruitment decisions.
