Job summary

Deliverect is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide enterprise clients through technical integration of our API-first platform. You will manage timelines, tailor configurations, and train customers to maximize value from the Deliverect solution.

This hybrid/remote role offers flexibility: 3 days in a local European office and 2 days from home, or fully remote depending on location. Fluency in English and 1–3 years in a client-facing technical role are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• 1–3 years in a client-facing technical role, SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver technical solutions and manage projects for SMB–enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting mindset and proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex implementation projects and manage timelines.
• Deliver training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Act as a technical advisor to configure the platform for client needs.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating to Engineering/Product as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to improve workflows.
