Job summary

nShift, a leading cloud delivery management SaaS, seeks an Enterprise Consulting Manager to lead the Enterprise Implementations service line within Professional Services. This role owns the most complex deployments across TransSmart, TMS and Ship, building a scalable delivery approach and a high-performing consulting team with deep BCP and Experience Suite expertise.

You will join a SaaS leadership team delivering AI-enabled delivery and collaborate with PMO, Training, Advisory, Sales, Customer

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in SaaS Professional Services or delivery management.
Strong revenue ownership, utilisation, margin and delivery performance.
Experience leading teams that deliver complex customer implementations across markets.
Strong project governance including methodology, stage-gates, risk management and portfolio oversight.
Commercially minded with experience forecasting pipeline and managing backlog.

Responsibilities

Lead the Enterprise Implementation team for TransSmart, TMS and Ship.
Own the delivery quality, governance and commercial performance of the service line.
Oversee a portfolio of concurrent complex projects with risk management and escalations.
Design and embed scalable delivery practices for multi-market rollouts and integrations.
Forecast and allocate consulting capacity against pipeline demand.
Coach, develop and grow a team of senior consultants.
Partner with PMO, Training Services, Advisory Services, Sales, CS and Product.
Lead and shift to AI-enabled delivery improvements.
