Job summary

Qooling is seeking a Customer Team Intern / Working Student to support our Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams from The Hague, in-office. You will learn how a fast-growing B2B SaaS company operates, assisting with onboarding, support processes, and customer communications.

You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Implementation Consultants, gaining hands-on experience in customer activity data analysis, documentation, testing new features, and webinar

Qualifications

• Must be a current HBO or WO student.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English.
• Interest in SaaS, customer success, or tech.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by email and phone.
• Assist Implementation consultants with running projects.
• Help improve internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
