Job summary

Workwize is seeking a Customer Success Manager Intern in the Netherlands to support clients and learn in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with the CSM team to engage clients, analyze data, and ensure seamless operations.

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced professionals, along with a monthly compensation of €500, and a chance to continue with Workwize post-internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field or have a strong interest in these areas.
• Good communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Understanding of data and analytics is helpful.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist CSMs with operational tasks like submitting onboarding tickets.
• Support CSMs by exporting and analyzing data from client accounts.
• Monitor customer usage patterns and provide feedback.
• Help prepare Business Review and Success Plan data.
• Collaborate with various teams to meet client needs.
