Rotterdam Innovation City is looking for an Implementation Consultant for Qooling in The Hague. You will be the main contact during onboarding, guiding new customers through the platform and providing training to ensure a successful start.

You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, gather product feedback, and travel to customer sites for go-live sessions to maximize platform adoption across diverse user groups.
