You will hire, train, and mentor the Front Office team, overseeing daily operations, guest relations, and KPI tracking to deliver a premium experience. Dutch fluency and strong English are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Front Office leadership role; pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and PMS systems.
• Fluent Dutch and English; extra languages a bonus.
• Proven leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the pre-opening setup of the Front Office department, including defining procedures, standards, and team structure.
• Build, train, and mentor the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage daily Front Desk operations, such as check-in/out and guest relations, to ensure a smooth and premium experience.
• Introduce and maintain operational processes, systems, and tools aligned with company standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Track and analyze KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics for the Front Office department.
