Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The role will support the F&B Manager in launching the department, oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and banqueting, and help recruit, train, and develop the team.

Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory, with strong communication and organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in opening and setting up the department.
• Supervise daily operations in restaurant, bar, and banqueting.
• Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost-control processes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve service issues.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and events teams.
• Contribute to upselling initiatives and service improvements.
