Job summary

The Social Hub in Rotterdam is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams, elevating service and guest satisfaction across short stays and longer stays.

You will coach managers, foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement, and partner with various departments to streamline operations while driving guest-focused innovations. English and local language fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hotel experience, including leadership within Rooms or Front Office.
• Background in hospitality management or a related field.
• Ability to lead large teams and keep energy high.
• Proficient with digital tools to streamline work and track results.
• Strong English and local-language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Rooms teams across Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Coach managers and supervisors, helping them grow confidence and skill.
• Create a culture of curiosity, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Direct the full Rooms experience to ensure thoughtful, smooth guest touchpoints.
• Shape local guest experience strategies and contribute to broader initiatives.
• Collaborate with F&B, Membership and Commercial teams to streamline operations.
• Respond to guest feedback with care and turn insights into smarter working practices.
• Monitor budgets, performance, and opportunities to boost quality and revenue.
