Job summary

The Social Hub in Rotterdam invites an experienced Rooms Division Manager to guide Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance, shaping guest experience. You’ll lead teams, coach managers, and drive service quality across short and long stays, blending hospitality with student accommodation.

You will lead with energy, elevate standards and collaborate across departments to create a warm, efficient and dynamic hotel environment that reflects the brand across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hotel experience with leadership in Rooms or Front Office.
• Background in hospitality management or related field.
• Ability to lead large teams and maintain high energy.
• Ability to provide clarity, motivation and direction.
• Comfort using digital tools to streamline work and track results.
• Strong communication in English and local language.
• Creative mindset with guest-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Rooms teams from Front Office to Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Coach managers and supervisors to grow confidence and skill.
• Create a culture of curiosity, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Drive the full Rooms experience and ensure every touchpoint is thoughtful and smooth.
• Shape local guest experience strategies and contribute to bigger ideas.
• Partner with F&B, Membership and Commercial teams to streamline operations.
• Respond to guest feedback with care and turn insights into smarter ways of working.
• Monitor budgets, performance and opportunities to boost quality and revenue.
