Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Maastricht is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to lead the Front Office and Housekeeping teams, shaping daily operations and strategic hotel initiatives. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, team development, and achieving NH standards and KPIs.

The position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and fluency in English and Dutch, with a track record of driving quality and guest satisfaction in an upscale property.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in a senior management role in a mid/upscale property.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Solution-driven mindset and decisive decision-making.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activities of the Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
• Develop and manage hotel strategy in line with NH standards and KPIs.
• Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and upselling performance.
• Manage annual budget and contribute to revenue/GOP targets.
• Serve as main point of contact for guest-related matters and report to the Hotel Manager.
