Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Maastricht is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office and Housekeeping with a hands-on, coaching approach. You will drive service quality, guest satisfaction and upsell performance while shaping the hotel strategy in line with NH standards.

You will also manage budgeting, revenue targets, and daily operations, reporting to the Hotel Manager. Fluent in English and Dutch, you will mentor teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in a senior management role in a mid/upscale property.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Solution driven mindset and ability to make decisions.
• Balanced track record in commercial results, quality, and developing teams.
• Focused on finance and quality.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• A mature leader, listener, ambitious and driven to get the job done through your team.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver consistent quality and memorable service.
• Develop and manage hotel strategy aligned with NH standards and KPIs.
• Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction and upselling performance.
• Oversee budget delivery, revenue and GOP targets.
• Act as main contact for guest-related matters and report to Hotel Manager.
