Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Maastricht seeks a Rooms Division Manager to lead the Front Office and Housekeeping teams, driving service excellence and a guest-centric culture. You will shape the daily operations and coach the team to deliver memorable experiences aligned with NH standards.

You will oversee development of the hotel strategy, monitor KPIs, and ensure budgets and revenue targets are achieved. This role reports to the Hotel Manager and requires hands-on leadership across guest services

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a senior management role in a mid/upscale hotel.
• Experience leading teams.
• Solution-driven with decisive, moment-to-moment decisions.
• Balanced track record in commercial results and team development.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Mature, attentive leader with drive.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office and Housekeeping daily operations.
• Develop and manage hotel strategy aligned with NH standards and KPIs.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue, and GOP targets; analyze data for strategic decisions.
• Serve as main guest contact and ensure guest experiences meet NH standards.
