Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Maastricht is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office and Housekeeping with a hands-on, coaching approach. You will drive service quality, guest satisfaction and upsell performance while shaping the hotel strategy in line with NH standards.

You will also manage budgeting, revenue targets, and daily operations, reporting to the Hotel Manager. Fluent in English and Dutch, you will mentor teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in a senior management role in a mid/upscale property.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Solution driven mindset and ability to make decisions.
• Balanced track record in commercial results, quality, and developing teams.
• Focused on finance and quality.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• A mature leader, listener, ambitious and driven to get the job done through your team.

Your Role at a Glance

As theRooms DivisionManager, you willbe responsible foreffectively leading and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the Front Office team and Housekeeping.With a hands‑on leadership style, you motivate, coach, and develop your team to deliver consistent quality and memorable service. A major focus of this role issupporting andcontinuous development of the team,ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.You will oversee the development and management of the hotel strategy, ensuring that experiences are aligned with the NH standards and KPIs, as well as initiating, enhancing, and implementing the products and services that the NH Maastrichthasto offer. You closely monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and upselling performance, always looking for opportunities to improve results.

Furthermore, you will be involved in managing the annual budget, in delivering the set revenue and GOP targets, and collating and analyzing data to support strategic decision making. In this role you act as the main point of contact for guest‑related matters and take care of the day-to-day operations in the rooms department. You will report to the Hotel Manager.
