Position Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to Marriott brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that every guest arrival and stay reflects the high-quality service and attention to detail expected at The Pyrmont Curaçao Beach Resort, part of the Autograph Collection by Marriott.

The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms and surrounding areas are cleaned, refreshed, and prepared efficiently while maintaining brand standards and operational timelines. This position proactively identifies maintenance needs, replenishes amenities, and responds promptly to guest requests to enhance guest satisfaction.

Working collaboratively with the Housekeeping and Engineering teams, the Room Attendant contributes to operational excellence, guest comfort, and a welcoming environment that supports memorable and meaningful guest experiences.
