Job summary

Omoda & Jaecoo Nederland is seeking a driven Sales Manager to develop AiMoga robot sales in the Netherlands. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive the sales process from prospecting to pilot projects and order conversion.

Work closely with the Country Director and cross‑functional teams to expand market presence in the Dutch market, manage key accounts, and deliver sustainable growth through strategic channel development and on‑site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B international sales, channel development, or project sales.
• Strong customer prospecting, negotiation, and partnership development skills.
• Ability to manage complex, project-based sales cycles and ROI communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive Netherlands sales strategy and targets for customers, orders, revenue, and collections.
• Identify and engage potential customers across automotive, robotics, smart equipment sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, rental partners, system integrators, dealers, and channel partners.
• Lead customer needs assessments, quotations, product demonstrations, pilot projects, negotiations, and order conversions.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, training and long-term commercial relationships.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits to generate opportunities.
• Track market developments, customer demand, competitor activities, and pricing in NL and BE.
