Job summary

Omoda & Jaecoo Nederland seeks a proactive Brand & Marketing Manager to strengthen the brand presence in the Netherlands. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on marketing execution to build a differentiated brand identity, identify market opportunities, and drive awareness and demand for our robotics solutions.

You will develop local marketing plans, manage campaigns and content, organize events, and build partnerships with media, associations, and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of branding/marketing/event experience.
• Experience in brand building and market presence development.
• Experience in robotics or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, digital marketing, content and demand generation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• English proficiency required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned with global objectives.
• Manage campaigns, content, events, and partner relationships.
• Strengthen brand positioning and localization for the Dutch market.
• Coordinate with Sales and HQ to ensure marketing drives commercial results.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and feedback.
• Organize product launches, industry events, and exhibitions.
