Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (HBO/WO).
• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• French or German is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive and eager to grow into a leadership role.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with marketing strategy, market research and campaign execution.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing team in Europe.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
• Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research.
• Contribute to the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Create content for websites, campaigns and social media.
• Coordinate events, trade shows and marketing projects.
• Support product positioning and customer experience initiatives.
• Maintain and update marketing materials and web content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective marketing activities across Europe.
