Qualifications

• Proven experience in RMA administration, customer service, or technical support.
• Experience in the electronics or security industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RMA email inbox and respond to customer inquiries.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing RMA warehouse inventory.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve RMA-related issues promptly.
• Analyze RMA data for process improvement.
• Maintain documentation of all RMA cases.
• Support the Technical Support Team with additional tasks.
