Job summary

Cygnific is hiring a Rituals Ambassador for its Dutch operations to serve as the listening ear and friendly voice for Rituals customer care channels. You will assist via phone, social media, and email with a genuine, personal touch, going beyond scripted responses to delight customers.

The role requires 32 hours weekly, with flexible shifts Mon-Fri 08:45–21:00 and weekends 10:00–18:30, plus potential work-from-home days and a distant-friendly remote allowance.

• German and English flow smoothly from your mouth and keyboard.

In this role as an ambassador, you serve as the listening ear and friendly voice of Rituals. Your primary channels of assistance include phone, social media, and email. Your approach is marked by a genuine desire to provide helpful responses infused with a generous dose of personal attention. Not by mindlessly following a corporate script, but by being genuinely aware, genuinely interacting, helping, and inspiring. Whoever the customer is, as ambassador you give them that relaxed Rituals feeling. Sometimes by reassuring them ('no, of course we don't test our products on animals!'). Sometimes by suggesting a great alternative. After all, helping customers isn't just a job for you- it's your favorite ritual. You excel at swiftly finding solutions to problems and strive to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations whenever possible.

Job requirements

• A competitive salary of € 2.754,21 gross per month based on 40 hours a week+ irregularity and commuting allowances.

Your onboarding

To help you, you'll begin with 4-day training at Rituals HQ and the Cygnific office in Amsterdam or Enschede. You must be available full-time during this period. After your training you can always count on your colleagues for questions or help; our troubleshooters are also here for you!
