Qualifications

• MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• French or German is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance metrics.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Excel or any data tool to analyze and present insights.
• Passion for AI to automate, simplify, and improve marketing tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong affinity in the consumer retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand what customers are looking for: research how customers discover brands online and identify opportunities.
• Grow our organic traffic: help increase visibility across Google and AI search.
• Improve our website: work with developers, designers and copywriters to implement improvements.
• Create better content: help optimize existing pages and develop new content.
• Turn data into action: use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Semrush to measure results and identify opportunities.
• Experiment and learn: test ideas, analyze results, and apply learnings to next improvements.
