Qualifications

• MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights.
• Passionate about using AI to automate, simplify, and improve everyday marketing tasks.
• Excited to brief and develop ad creatives that strengthen campaign performance.
• Eager to learn and work with Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ads.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong affinity in the mobile app industry.
• Professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch, German or French is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Run campaigns: Assisting in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Adjust and Tableau to optimize results.
• Close collaboration: Working with our creative team to develop engaging ad content.
• Learn and grow: Keeping up with industry trends and learning best practices in mobile growth marketing.
