Job summary

Picnic is seeking an early career Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Acquisition team in Amsterdam. You’ll learn how to run app campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to growth across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.

You’ll work with our analytics tools and creative team, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing scale-up in the grocery sector. English fluency is required; Dutch or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• MSc in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in performance marketing or mobile app user acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset; proficient with data tools.
• Eager to learn Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ads.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/German/French a plus.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Adjust and Tableau to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mobile growth marketing.
