Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of sales operations to help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role requires 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.

This position is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week). Start date is ASAP and compensation is $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations, with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards that sales and marketing leadership rely on
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets
