Job summary

Ethos seeks heads of strategy to train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own client-ready strategy decks and executive materials, designing and measuring impact with Excel and PowerPoint expertise.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP, offering compensation at $100/hour. This is a high-impact, consultancy-style engagement with global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop client-ready materials for executive committees.
• Support operating model redesign workshops and change management playbooks for engagement diagnostics.
