Job summary

Mama Shelter Amsterdam is seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee room revenue, forecast demand, and optimise pricing in line with brand guidelines. You’ll work with the General Manager to maximize revenue while maintaining a smart commercial balance.

You’ll manage RMS and PMS tools, monitor market trends, and lead the Booking & Revenue team to exceed targets. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, compliance with standards, and a proactive approach to opportunities in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue management within hospitality.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategy and pricing under brand guidelines.
• Manage revenue tools and ensure data quality for decision making.
• Analyze market and competition; adjust prices accordingly.
• Produce forecasts and provide actionable recommendations to optimise distribution.
• Lead and develop Booking & Revenue staff to meet targets and standards.
