Job summary

ML6 - Accelerate Intelligence is seeking a data-driven Commercial Ops professional to own HubSpot end-to-end, manage pipelines and lifecycle stages, and ensure data integrity. You will turn raw numbers into clear insights, enabling leadership to set ambitious yet grounded targets.

You will automate repetitive tasks, connect disparate tools via APIs, and explore AI-enabled enrichment and reporting. Collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Ops will be essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, economics, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Marketing Performance/Automation, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations in a growing tech or consulting environment.
• Extensive expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot) and other sales/marketing tools; can configure workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Strong English communication; another local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot end-to-end: structure, pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing and data rules.
• Provide a clear, reliable view of performance for consistent decision-making.
• Turn commercial data into actionable insights to guide focus and targets.
• Automate repetitive tasks in commercial processes and connect tools via APIs/webhooks.
