ON.com LLC is seeking a seasoned retail leader to drive store operations, inventory controls, and team development across our growing retail network. You will work with regional management and store leadership to implement initiatives, manage change, and deliver strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in sports or active lifestyle sectors.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish with cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial growth mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Adept at problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support retail initiatives to improve store operations.
• Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and BoH development.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of store staff.
• Coordinate visual change-outs and in-store trainings with the training lead.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance team engagement and performance.
