Job summary

Action is seeking a (Senior) Project Manager Store Operations to lead international projects that shape store operations and process execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage projects from initiation to delivery within time and budget, focusing on impact, efficiency and clear communication.

You will drive change, report to business owners and senior management, and ensure adoption across the network while maintaining a high standard of stakeholder engagement and results.

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and strong project management skills.
• You have at least 7 years of relevant work experience in multi-disciplinary, international settings.
• You excel at stakeholder management and clear, professional English communication.
• You lead projects with structure, discipline and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Determine the project's objectives, scope, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage the delivery of agreed products within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Report on above towards business owners, senior management and other stakeholders
• Facilitate decision making by business owners and senior management
• Drive adoption and change across the whole network
• Report on the project's progress, risks, issues, and risk mitigation measures.
