Job summary

O My Bag Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to glue people, priorities, and processes. You will own the operational backbone from factory to customer, ensuring reliable stock data, systems and reporting while controlling logistics costs.

You’ll lead the Operations team across systems, logistics, data and stores, build dashboards with Looker Studio, and push for smart automation. This is a broad, impact-driven role in a fast-moving, international brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations at an international fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Strong numerical skills: read a P&L, build models, spot discrepancies.
• Familiar with Shopify, Exact, ERP systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational tech stack including Shopify and Exact.
• Oversee logistics, customer service and IT.
• Develop dashboards with Looker Studio and drive adoption.
• Lead key operational projects including process optimizations.
• Be the sparring partner for wholesale, marketing and retail teams.
