Job summary

lululemon in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations, focusing on guest experience, people development, and with a strong emphasis on inclusion and diversity. You will drive hiring, training, and performance, while maintaining strong financial results.

You will build a engaged team, set a clear store vision, manage budgets, and collaborate across functions to deliver world-class service and a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• 1 year people management experience
• 2 years retail or sales management experience
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Manage whole store P&L in accordance with goals (sales, budget, etc.).
• Plan and execute strategic quarterly and annual planning for store, including labour and training.
• Plan floor coverage and optimize store operations for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of store staff.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, and ethical team culture.
