From communicating with the brands to get the new collection delivered, unpacked and online in time, to making sure everything flows smoothly from warehouse to store. It’s hands‑on (and sometimes a little messy).

You’ll work side‑by‑side with our Operations Manager, diving into logistics, supply chain, and retail management while learning how to spot inefficiencies, solve daily challenges, and keep operations running like clockwork. Ideal for those who want to take initiative and learn more about how things work behind the scenes in our industry.

Duration

Full time for 6 months, from February 2026 until July 2026.

Tasks
  • Help manage incoming and outgoing goods between our store and warehouse
  • Support stock counts and inventory transfers
  • Assist in optimising warehouse workflows and logistics processes
  • Uploading product data to get new collections online
  • Communicate with brand suppliers to process product claims
  • Contribute ideas to improve our inbound and outbound operations
  • Pitch in with daily tasks that keep the operation running (that includes lifting a few boxes here and there)
You Are

(nice to have)

  • In possession of a laptop

  • Good (warm) lunch and the occasional Friday drinks
