Job summary

Ace & Tate is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our Amsterdam HQ for 32-40 hours per week over six months. Start: 15th July 2026. You will support the Talent Acquisition team, source candidates, schedule interviews and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth process from candidate to colleague.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in campus recruitment, market research and recruitment analytics while being mentored by a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Psychology, HR or Business Studies or similar.
• Excellent people and communication skills; you naturally connect with others.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail oriented.
• Hands-on mentality with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the TA team with the hiring process.
• Sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse, high quality pipelines.
• Scheduling interviews and following up with hiring managers and candidates.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless process.
• Support and co-lead campus recruitment initiatives.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify trends.
• Assist with data tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Contribute in ongoing recruitment projects and refinement of hiring.
