Job summary

POLSPOTTEN is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Intern to join our Amsterdam team, gaining hands-on exposure across performance marketing, content optimisation and customer service.

You'll collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing and Customer Service, contribute to daily webshop operations and propose improvements to the online shopping journey. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and the internship lasts five months with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Looking for a hands‑on internship of at least five months.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interested in processes and continuous improvement.
• Digitally savvy and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support performance marketing campaigns and translate assets.
• Assist with website content and product information improvements.
• Help with customer service processes and daily operations.
• Analyse operational processes to identify improvements and document findings.
• Support reporting and performance analysis of the webshop.
