Job summary

Vastgoed Nederland seeks an asset management support professional to strengthen the Dutch and German shopping centre portfolio. You will drive commercial performance through leasing, tenant engagement, and marketing initiatives, and contribute to tenant mix optimization.

We value a strong commercial mindset, proven relationship management, and fluency in Dutch and English. This role offers a hybrid setup with HQ in Amsterdam and a comprehensive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate, retail market.
• Proven track record in relationship management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing strategies, optimize tenant mix, and contribute to lease negotiations.

Job description

This role involves primarily supporting asset management activities within their Dutch and German Shopping Centre portfolio with the following main responsibilities:

• Assisting with driving the commercial performance of a diverse retail portfolio through leasing, tenant engagement, and marketing initiatives.
• Supporting leasing strategies, optimize the tenant mix, and contribute to lease negotiations.
• Identify and implement value-add initiatives to enhance asset performance and customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property manager.

Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience from working within real estate and especially the retail market
• Proven track record on relationship management
• Skilled user in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Educational background

• Bachelor’s degree in with relevant experience.
