Vastgoed Nederland seeks an asset management support professional to strengthen the Dutch and German shopping centre portfolio. You will drive commercial performance through leasing, tenant engagement, and marketing initiatives, and contribute to tenant mix optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate, retail market.
• Proven track record in relationship management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing strategies, optimize tenant mix, and contribute to lease negotiations.
• Assist with driving the commercial performance of a diverse retail portfolio through leasing, tenant engagement, and marketing initiatives.
• Identify value-add initiatives to enhance asset performance and customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and property managers.
