Job summary

Vastgoed Nederland is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large CapEx projects for properties in the Netherlands and Germany. You will coordinate with property managers, municipalities, developers, contractors and consultants to ensure delivery of results on time and within budget.

The role requires strong budgeting, risk and quality management, plus a focus on maintenance and sustainability aligned with real estate strategies.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of work experience in technical asset and project management within real estate.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage large CapEx projects from initiative to realization with external partners.
• Liaise with property managers, municipalities, developers, contractors and consultants.
• Manage budget, schedule, risk and quality to meet project objectives.
• Oversee maintenance and sustainability policy implementation per real estate strategies.
• Analyse and monitor CapEx and OpEx budgets across portfolio.

Job description

As Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for managing large CapEx projects of existing properties in the Netherlands and Germany with the following main responsibilities:

• Managing large CapEx projects from initiative to realization in cooperation with external partners
• Liaise with property manager, municipalities, developers, contractors, consultants and other relevant parties
• Managing budget, time, risk and quality to ensure that the desired project results & objectives are delivered
• Responsible for the maintenance policy and the implementation of the sustainability policy based on the real estate strategies
• Analysing and monitoring technical status of the real estate portfolio and regularly updating, preparing and working out CapEx and OpEx budgets

Experience

• At least 5 to 7 years of work experience from working within technical asset and project management area within real estate
• Proven track record on property and project management
• Skilled user in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus.

Educational background

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Sciences/Civil engineering or a related field.
