Job summary

Vastgoed Nederland is seeking an investment and asset management professional to support Dutch and German real estate portfolios. You will conduct underwriting analyses, prepare reports, and maintain financial models across the portfolio, while collaborating with capital partners and a third-party Property Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis and underwriting, with strong MS Office skills and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience with strong financial analysis and underwriting skills.
• Proven track record on underwriting analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English.
• Master’s degree in Real Estate or Finance, or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Investment and underwriting analysis on real estate strategies with capital partners.
• Assist asset management and lender reporting by preparing monthly reports, presentations, and maintaining financial models across the portfolio.
• Perform financial analysis of potential leases, CapEx and OpEx projects.

Job description

This role involves primarily supporting investment and asset management activities within their Dutch and German Real Estate portfolio with the following main responsibilities:

• Responsible for investment and underwriting analysis on the real estate strategies in collaboration with our capital partners
• Assisting in asset management and lender reporting by preparing monthly reports, presentations, and maintaining financial models across the portfolio
• Participating in operational activities by reviewing and conducting financial analysis of potential leases, CapEx and OpEx projects
• Contributing to financial reporting and maintaining portfolio databases with financial and property information such as asset and tenant performance analytics
• Additional responsibilities include working closely with third-party Property Manager to ensure tenant and shareholder relationships

Experience

• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in financial analysis, modelling, and overall analytical abilities
• Proven track record on underwriting analytics
• Skilled user in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in English

Educational background

• Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
