Job summary

Hawaiian in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager who thrives on leading a busy team to deliver outstanding poké bowls and guest experiences.

You will manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders with keen attention to detail; recruit and develop staff; resolve complaints professionally; and ensure every bowl is presented with quality and a smile.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality management.
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene (HACCP) required.
• Excellent guest-service mindset and communication.
• Passion for healthy fast food and the Hawaiian concept.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Is flexible—whether it's evenings or weekends, you’re ready to create the tastiest poké bowls!
