Job summary

Hawaiian Poké Bowl in Amersfoort is opening a brand-new location and seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the launch. You will help recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team and oversee inventory, schedules, and store KPIs.

You must be a hands-on leader focused on guest experience, safety, and quality. Training starts soon, with travel required in the initial weeks to support the rollout.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
• Leadership and management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards (HACCP familiar).
• Willingness to travel for initial training outside Amersfoort.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders with attention to detail.
• Guide and develop a motivated team to operate smoothly daily.
• Create outstanding customer experiences and professionally handle complaints.
• Ensure bowls are presented with quality and care, maintaining the brand standard.
