Job summary

Hawaiian Poke Bowl in Eindhoven is looking for enthusiastic shift leaders to join our dynamic team. You will supervise a team of student workers, oversee opening and closing shifts, and help guests craft their bowls with friendly, fast service.

We offer a gross hourly wage of €15.67, a 38-hour contract with up to 25 vacation days plus travel allowance, and opportunities to grow into management as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and seeking a full-time role.
• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred; HACCP knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; ready to train for leadership.

Who are you?

• Are you ready to boost your career? At Hawaiian Poke Bowl, we’re looking for enthusiastic shift leaders! Whether you already have experience as a shift leader or are eager to grow into a leadership role, we’ll provide the right support and training.
• Experienced? You have worked as a shift leader or in a managerial role in hospitality or food service. You know how to lead a team and ensure a smooth, efficient shift.
• No leadership experience? No problem! You have worked in hospitality or food service and are ready to take the next step. We’ll train you to become a great shift leader!
• You are at least 18 years old and looking for a full-time job.
• You understand or are eager to learn about safety and hygiene (HACCP).
• Working flexible hours (evenings and weekends) is no issue for you.
• You are customer-focused and can professionally handle inquiries or complaints.
• You want to work in a dynamic team and grow within a rapidly expanding company!
