Job summary

Hawaiian in Almere is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to help build a new team and restaurant from the ground up. The role starts ASAP with training outside Almere, so travel during the first weeks is essential.

You will manage inventory, KPIs, schedules and orders, guide the team to smooth daily operations, recruit and train staff, and deliver a standout guest experience while maintaining HACCP standards. Ready to spread Aloha in our brand-new location?

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
• Leadership experience.
• Management experience.
• Understands safety and hygiene (HACCP).
• Hospitable by nature; guest experience is in your DNA.
• Loves healthy fast food concept.
• Flexible evenings/weekends; ready for shift work.
• Willing to travel for training outside Almere in first weeks.
• Has a valid residence/work permit and a BSN number.

• Is flexible-whether it's evenings or weekends, you're ready to create the tastiest poké bowls!
• Is flexible to travel for training outside Almere during the first few weeks
• You have a valid residence permit or work permit, and a BSN number.
